TeX math formatting in I, Librarian

I, Librarian can now correctly format mathematics written in TeX.

We support TeX math delimited by the $ character. A new option to display formatted math must be enabled in Administrator > Global settings. I, Librarian uses the wonderful MathJax rendering engine by NumFOCUS. Their new generation 3 library is feature rich, easy to implement, and the math looks great. Thank you MathJax!
